作為韓國四大蘆葦地之一的新城裡蘆葦地（近6萬坪）也因韓國大熱電影《JSA》的拍攝地而聞名。
為了保護自然環境，蘆葦地僅佔總面積的2-3%被開發為公園。每年冬季（尤其是12月和1月）約有10萬隻候鳥（40種）經過。秋天，金光閃閃的錦江河畔，金色的蘆葦田營造出浪漫的氛圍。 附近的旅遊景點包括河岸度假村、月明公園（山脈）、Chunjangdae 海灘（舒川郡）和韓山苧麻織物博物館。 * 觀賞金色田野的時期：7月至2月 |
