作为韩国四大芦苇地之一的新城里芦苇地（近6万坪）也因韩国大热电影《JSA》的拍摄地而闻名。
为了保护自然环境，芦苇地仅占总面积的2-3%被开发为公园。每年冬季（尤其是12月和1月）约有10万只候鸟（40种）经过。秋天，金光闪闪的锦江河畔，金色的芦苇田营造出浪漫的氛围。 附近的旅游景点包括河岸度假村、月明公园（群山）、Chunjangdae 海滩（舒川郡）和韩山苎麻织物博物馆。 * 观赏金色田野的时期：7月至2月 |
