大邱安全主題樂園的設立是為了提供市民緊急情況下的安全措施教育。主題樂園設有體驗站，展示日常生活中可能遇到的事故，並提供模擬安全演練的機會。值得關注的提供實用安全資訊的展館包括地鐵安全展、山地安全展和地震安全展。整個公園的所有設施，包括展廳和安全教育劇場，都是為了強調安全的重要性而設計的。
