位於德陽山頂的幸州山城（史蹟第56號）是臨津戰爭（1592-1598）期間韓國對敵的三大勝利之一的遺址。城內有忠將祠，是為了紀念領導勝利的權烈將軍而建的。每年 3 月 14 日都會舉辦一場向權律將軍致敬的文化活動。
