位于德阳山山顶的幸州山城（史迹第56号）是临津战争（1592-1598）期间韩国对敌的三大胜利之一的遗址。城内有忠将祠，是为了纪念领导胜利的权烈将军而建的。每年 3 月 14 日都会举办向权律将军致敬的文化活动。
