은행식물원은 성남시에서 운영하고 있습니다. 원래는 버려진 배수지였던 정원을 수목원을 갖춘 생태공원으로 탈바꿈한 곳입니다. 정원에는 다양한 식물, 야생화, 곤충 등 녹지가 풍부하여 학생들이 자연을 보고 배울 수 있는 이상적인 장소입니다. 정원은 지역 주민들의 아름다운 휴양지이기도 합니다.
