客舍是高麗、北韓時期各城鎮都設有的客舍，是外國使節或外地政府官員下榻的住宿設施。今天，在全州市市中心仍然可以看到蓋克薩，並且在舊市中心的主要街道上有一條“蓋克薩路”。這條街上有無數的路邊商店和特許經營餐廳，因此全州當地人和遊客經常光顧該地區。此外，全州客舍路也是每年全州國際電影節的舉辦地點。全州國際電影節被認為是韓國三大電影節之一，主要放映獨立電影，並發掘了許多熱門電影和新演員。在客世路的一側，您還可以找到全州電影院和幾家電影院，這就是為什麼它被稱為“電影街”。在電影街的後面，餐廳、咖啡館和服裝店吸引了電影迷，形成了所謂的「電影團街」。
