新興洞日式住宅於2005年被指定為登入文化遺產。這棟房子以建造這棟房子的人廣津的名字命名。
《將軍之子》(1990)、《風中鬥士》(2004)、《Tazza: The High Rollers》(2006) 等多部韓國電影和電視劇都在此拍攝。一座典型的日式二層木造房屋，保留了屋頂、外牆、內部區域和日式花園的原始形態，在建築史上具有重要意義。 |
