新兴洞日式住宅于2005年被指定为登录文化遗产。广津住宅所在的新兴洞地区在日据时期是富裕阶层的住宅区。这所房子以建造这座房子的人广津的名字命名。
《将军之子》(1990)、《风中斗士》(2004)、《Tazza: The High Rollers》(2006) 等多部韩国电影和电视剧均在此拍摄。该房屋是一座典型的日式二层木结构房屋，保留了屋顶、外墙、内部区域和日式花园的原始形态，在建筑史上具有重要意义。 |
