安東市利川洞的摩石佛像（石刻立佛）因附近有一座同名小寺廟而被稱為濟飛院像。雕像的獨特之處在於頭部和身體不是由同一塊岩石雕刻而成。頭部是用不同的岩石雕刻而成，然後放置在佛像身體的大型岩石浮雕上。這種技術常見於高麗王朝時期建造的建築。從這尊特殊雕像中可以觀察到的獨特特徵和雕刻方法推測來自 11 世紀。雖然後腦勺有少量損壞，但雕像整體保存完好。
