安东市利川洞的摩石佛像（石刻立佛）因附近有一座同名小寺庙而被称为济飞院像。该雕像的独特之处在于头部和身体不是由同一块岩石雕刻而成。头部是用不同的岩石雕刻而成，然后放置在佛像身体的大型岩石浮雕上。这种技术常见于高丽王朝时期建造的建筑中。从这尊特殊雕像中可以观察到的独特特征和雕刻方法推测来自 11 世纪。虽然后脑勺有少量损坏，但雕像整体保存完好。
