新世洞七丈傳塔被指定為第 16 號國寶，是韓國最古老、最大的石塔。
塔高16.8米，寬7.75米。該塔最初建於統一新羅王國八世紀[654-935]的法平寺，是該寺僅存的遺跡。 該塔目前位於高城李氏家族總屋的莊園內。塔的頂部裝飾部分“尚蓮閣”已完全消失，但下層部分保存完好，有美麗的佛教護法神鵰刻。塔的每層都發現了瓦頂的痕跡。歷史記錄顯示，該塔於 1487 年重建，大約在同一時期，寺廟的三個部分仍然存在。 |
