清渓寺は白雲湖の近くにある仏教寺院で、仏像に咲く珍しい花「優曇華(優曇華)」の名所として知られています。新羅時代に建てられたこの寺院には、清渓寺碑、興楽殿、鐘楼、三聖閣、地蔵堂、甘狼寺池などの見どころがたくさんあります。多くの見どころの中でも、清渓寺の銅鐘と清渓寺の木版画は見逃せません。朝鮮王朝粛宗27年(1701年)に造られた銅鐘は国宝に指定されており、精緻な模様が施されています。
