坐落在突山島的東岸，寧靜的海水輕輕拍打著邦竹浦海灘閃亮的金色沙灘。附近有一片茂密的松樹林，樹齡超過200年。儘管該地區位於海岸，但擁有充足的淡水內陸水域。靠近大海的無數岩石非常適合釣魚。海灘是觀看日出的熱門地點。它也位於前往香吉庵的路上，香吉庵是韓國四大寺院之一，佛教信徒在這裡祈求大悲觀世音菩薩。
