突山島の東海岸に位置する穏やかな海には、芳竹浦ビーチ沿いの輝く金色の砂浜に穏やかな波が打ち寄せます。近くには樹齢200年を超える松林が生い茂っています。この地域は海岸沿いでありながら、内陸の新鮮な水に恵まれています。海の近くにある無数の岩は釣りに最適です。ビーチは日の出を見るのに人気のスポットです。また、仏教信者が大慈悲の菩薩である観世音菩薩に祈りを捧げる韓国の 4 つの庵の 1 つである香ギラム庵へ向かう途中にもあります。
