錦山世界人參節自 1981 年起每年在韓國最大的人參產區錦山郡舉行。節慶內容與規模不斷擴大，於1996年被文化旅遊體育部選定為文化旅遊節慶，並確立為國家節慶。隨著節慶的盛行，錦山人參的神奇功效已聞名全國，每年吸引越來越多的國內外遊客。
