세계 3대 마임 페스티벌 중 하나이자 우리나라를 대표하는 예술 페스티벌 중 하나인 이 페스티벌은 1989년 시작되어 1995년 전 세계 예술가들의 참여로 국제화되었습니다. 물과 불을 주제로 한 연례 축제를 주제로 춘천시 전역에서 실내외 공간에서 공연이 펼쳐지는 축제입니다. 프로그램의 참여적 성격은 방문객들이 축제를 더욱 친밀하게 즐길 수 있음을 의미합니다.
