白水海岸公路是 77 號國道和 14 號省道的一部分，是全羅南道風景最好的公路之一。在這條路上行駛時，您會遇到動態變化的景觀，包括沿海懸崖上壯麗的岩層。道路全長約16.8公里，連接靈光市白水邑吉龍里和石龜村。沿著海岸公路可以欣賞七山岩的美景，尤其是在日落時分。
