扶余罗城，又称外城墙，是为了保护百济首都泗沘而修建的。它的x_高度约为8.4公里。城墙环绕着扶苏山城，一直延伸到扶余市。
这座城墙是平壤最古老的城墙之一，估计建于 538 年左右，当时百济首都从云津（现在的公州）迁往泗泗（现在的扶余）。城墙从东门所在地一直延伸到锦江一带，是用泥土堆砌而成的。然而，昔日的辉煌只剩下一些痕迹。 目前，青山城以东20米范围、石木里东门大桥、必书峰至盐仓里范围等都留下了模糊的踪迹。外墙是陡坡，内墙则是缓坡，以便马匹更容易到达墙顶的哨所。城内可见百济王宫、衙门、房屋、寺庙、商店和保护设施。罗城的整个建筑以锦江为特色，南侧和西侧有锦江，形成了天然的双重防御体系。与青山城、青马山城一起，是重要的外防设施之一。 * 面积：554,591 ㎡ |
