河浦书院被登记为文化遗产，供奉着高丽时代著名学者安香的灵位。该书院由这位学者的后裔于 1716 年创立，他们定期举行追悼会，直到朝鲜王朝晚期下达关闭大多数书院机构的皇家命令。 1949年，经全国218所地方儒学学校同意，改建河浦书院为附属机构。
