It is a mountain located on the border of Seorak-myeon, Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do and Okcheon-myeon, Yangpyeong-gun, and is 800m high. It rises in the middle of the ridge that connects Yumyeongsan Mountain (864m) and Jungmisan Mountain (834m), and is connected to Yumyeongsan Mountain across the Seoneochi Pass, which means you can see three or four inches of the sky. There is a legend about the Seonjay Pass, which states that a hermit fish caught a fish in the Namhan River and was crossing the pass on his way to Jangnak-myeon, Seorak-myeon. The fish suddenly came to life, that is, turned into a Seono, flew over Sogunisan Mountain and landed on the mountain behind Yumyeongsan Mountain. It is said that the mountain where the fish landed was later called Eobisan (魚飛山).

The hike starts at Nongdachi Pass, passes the 600m peak, climbs to the summit, and then descends along the long ridge extending to the south of the peak for 1 hour and 20 minutes. There is also a 1-hour course starting at Seonjaychi Pass to the north, and you can hike up Mt. Yumyeongsan or Mt. Jungmisan. There is also a trekking course linked to . From the summit, you can see highland vegetable fields toward Yumyeongsan Mountain and Baekun Peak in the distance.

To get there by car, take National Road 6 toward Yangpyeong, turn right at the entrance to Okcheon-myeon, take National Road 37, turn left, and continue on National Road 37 on the right at the entrance to Hanwha Resort to reach Nongdachi Hill.

There are many tourist attractions nearby, such as Okcheon Sports Park, Jungmisan Natural Recreation Forest, Yumyeong Valley, Yumyeongsan Natural Recreation Forest, and Yongmunsan Mountain, so stopping by and taking a break while driving will make your trip more enjoyable.
