清风乐园于2002年在忠清北道堤川市清风面忠州湖附近创建，以美丽的风景和最大限度地利用实用空间为基础，以规划、建设和试运行为基础建造了韩国第一座多塔楼。这座多塔由与堤川市共同签约的 Over Class Inc. 运营，其三个主要设施是韩国首个弹射座椅 62 米蹦极和增加安全性的大秋千。装备上的安全绳可防止因弹力绳橡胶断裂而导致坠落事故。
