夢想公園是透過一個生態計畫創建的，旨在為大都會區垃圾掩埋場提供市民休閒空間。該場地處理從首爾、仁川和京畿道地區收集的垃圾，其管理和處理系統在國際上廣受讚譽。公園裡種滿了野花，分成五個主題花園。園區內的其他景點包括全國最大的波斯菊花田和粉紅色穆赫利花田。該公園是春季和秋季受歡迎的野餐地點。
