ドリームパークは、首都圏最終処分場に市民の憩いの場を提供するエコプロジェクトによって誕生しました。ソウル、仁川、京畿道地域から収集したごみを処理しており、その管理・処理体制は国際的にも評価されています。公園内には野生の花が咲き誇り、5 つのテーマ庭園に分かれています。園内には国内最大のコスモス畑やピンクのミューリー畑などの見どころもあります。この公園は春と秋に人気のピクニック場所です。
