臥精寺位於京畿道龍仁市海谷洞，位於蓮花山山脈的中心，四周環繞著48座雄偉的山峰。臥精寺是涅槃宗的主要寺院，擁有約 3,000 尊佛像。最受歡迎的雕像是 buldu，一尊 8 公尺高的佛頭雕像，位於寺廟入口處。另一個著名的雕像是wabul，這是一尊由印尼進口的杜松木雕刻而成的佛像。瓦布爾的 x 高度達到 3 米，長度達到 12 米，使其成為世界上最大的同類產品之一。寺內供奉著世界各地的佛像，材質各異，是各國僧侶和領導人贈送的禮物。
