三寧山城建於新羅時期。龐大的石牆長 1.7 公里，x_高度和 x_寬度分別為 13-20 和 8-10 公尺。堡壘的名字來自於完成建造的時間，三年（韓語“sam nyeon”）。該城是三國時期新羅和百濟之間多次戰鬥的地點。
