척판암은 673년에 전설이 전해지는 원효스님이 창건하였고, 1938년 경허스님이 중건하였습니다. 불광산 숲 속에 자리잡은 암자는 주변의 멋진 전망을 제공합니다. 원효대사가 창건한 장안사 인근에 위치해 있다.
