梦想公园是通过一个生态项目创建的，旨在为大都市区垃圾填埋场提供市民休闲空间。该场地处理从首尔、仁川和京畿道地区收集的垃圾，其管理和处理系统在国际上广受赞誉。公园里种满了野花，分为五个主题花园。公园内的其他景点包括全国最大的波斯菊花田和粉色穆赫利花田。该公园是春季和秋季受欢迎的野餐地点。
