Stretching Joy, located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, is a stretching school that is conducting the first leg tearing project in Korea. This is a training center that aims to improve the flexibility of the body by subdividing the high-intensity stretching that gymnasts do so that the general public can enjoy it. StretchJoy manages stretching through its own app, where you can learn stretching, which is often perceived as a warm-up exercise, as an exercise that improves flexibility.
Stretching Joy offers Happy Ending and Never Ending, which are individual classes and group classes that provide 1:1 care. You can learn Active Dynamic and Static stretching, and we also offer high-intensity flexibility training classes such as leg splitting and backbending. We also offer various courses for stretching instructors.
