서울특별시 강남구에 위치한 스트레칭조이는 국내 최초 다리 찢기 프로젝트를 진행하고 있는 스트레칭 강습소이다. 체조 선수들이 하는 고강도 스트레칭을 일반인들이 즐겨 할 수 있도록 세분화하여 몸의 유연성을 증진시키는데 목표를 둔 강습소이다. 준비운동이라는 인식이 강한 스트레칭을 유연성을 만들어주는 하나의 운동으로써 배울 수 있는 스트레칭조이는 자체적인 앱을 통해 스트레칭을 관리한다.
스트레칭조이에서는 1:1로 관리해 주는 개인수업 단체수업인 해피엔딩과 네버엔딩이 있다. Active Dynamic, Static stretching을 배울 수 있으며, 고강도 유연성 훈련인 다리 찢기, 후굴 수업도 진행하고 있다. 또한 스트레칭 지도자를 위한 다양한 코스 또한 진행하고 있다.
