Across from Seoul World Cup Stadium, before going up to Haneul Park, there is the World Cup Park Children’s Forest Experience Center. This is a place created by the city of Seoul so that children can play freely in the forest, communicate with nature through five senses experiences, and grow up healthy.
The Children's Forest Experience Center is over 5,000㎡ in size and is equipped with an outdoor experiential learning center, evacuation facilities, and safety facilities. Children can play with nature in the Rope Yard, Adventure Yard, Observation Yard, and Learning Yard, which are made using sculptures and play equipment using natural objects such as rocks, trees, and soil rather than artificial objects.
The Forest Experience Center has facilities such as a duck pond, tree house, drinking fountain, sand play area, wooden bridge, shelter, net playground, log crossing, log climbing, and net crossing. In addition, there is a suspension bridge and a rope bridge, so you can explore the forest by climbing a rope between the trees. There are several entrances to the Children’s Forest Experience Center, and stroller users can use the entrance near the train ticket booth.
The forest experience center has a forest experience program for children, which can be used after making a reservation through the Seoul Metropolitan Government's public reservation service website (site).
Around the experience site are Haneul Park, World Cup Park, Nanjicheon Park, and Noeul Camping Site, providing many things to see.
