고양가을꽃축제는 2011년부터 매년 개최되고 있는 축제이다. 정원에는 국화, 코스모스, 해바라기, 백일초 등 가을꽃이 절정을 이루고, 실내전시관에는 꽃예술품이 전시돼 가을을 만끽할 수 있다. . 축제에서는 다양한 공연과 꽃시장, 전통체험도 제공된다.
