ヒョソク文化祭は、韓国の作家イ・ヒョソクと彼の人気小説「ソバの花が咲く頃」を記念し、主に蓬坪を舞台に開催されます。このフェスティバルでは、この本にインスピレーションを得た多様なプログラムが用意されており、訪問者は著者の作品とソバの花が咲き誇る蓬坪の美しさを探索することができます。また、会場近くにある李孝石文化村や李孝石記念館を訪れて、作家について詳しく知ることもできます。
