秋收季節過後，鐵原平原的田野上散落著落下的穀物，為候鳥提供了豐富的食物來源。此外，非軍事區保存完好的生態系統提供了清潔的水源和健康的棲息地，使鐵原地區成為候鳥的天堂。
鶴在田野中漫步，鳥兒從水庫起飛，讓觀鳥者驚嘆不已。在擁有韓國最多白額雁族群的鐵原，遊客可以觀察到 110 種鳥類，其中一些被列為國寶。例如丹頂鶴、禿鷹、白尾海鵰和金雕，以及遷移到韓國過冬的綠頭鴨和斑嘴鴨。 |
