Auraji是位於旌善郡餘陽面的一個湖的名稱。江原道無形文化遺產旌善阿里郎就誕生於此。該地區自古以來就以山清水秀、潔淨如山而聞名。它的名字源自韓語單字eoureojida，意思是“相遇”，因為平昌和三陟的水域在此地區匯合。是著名的木筏運送木材至漢陽（首爾的原名）的起點。昔日，總能聽到來自全國各地船夫的歌聲。 《旌善阿里郎》的歌詞表達了女人等待遠方出差或運輸木材的丈夫的悲傷和思念。
