飛揚島的意思是“飛越”，是濟州島最後形成的火山島（1002年）。它保留了寄生火山的原始形態，位於未受污染的海域中心，擁有豐富的漁場，魚類種類繁多。島上有許多自然景觀，包括泌陽峰，它有六座神秘的山峰、兩個火山口和一塊形狀像媽媽背著孩子的岩石。島上有許多步道可以觀賞這些景點等。
