波拉美公園是前空軍學院舊址，於1986年5月改建為休閒公園。 4號樓2樓設有深受青少年喜愛的圖書館以及青少年活動中心，青少年可在那裡享受各種活動和項目。空軍學院的標誌性塔樓至今仍是忠孝的有力像徵。
