Kohwun 花園經過 12 年的收集、種植和培育，於 2003 年 4 月 28 日開幕。花園面積約20萬平方米，其中一半面積用於專業人士和非專業人士的教育目的。這裡擁有米塞南穆（Abeliophyllum distichum Nakai）、芡實等至少15種稀有瀕危植物，以及近4500種植物遺傳資源。
