崔承孝故居是位於陽林山東南坡的一棟傳統住宅建築。這座長方形建築向東敞開，正面八間，側面四間，採用傳統的四坡屋頂。由於該建築建於 1920 年代，因此可以一睹日本殖民時期末期韓國房屋的建築風格。崔相賢是一位活動人士，他將自己的閣樓作為其他活動人士的避難所。
