龙游岛海岸线长48.2公里，总面积13.603平方公里，毗邻新佛岛、三木岛、永宗岛、大舞衣岛、长峰岛、魔岛、西岛、新岛等岛屿。龙游岛和永宗岛曾经通过一座桥连接起来。当仁川国际机场建在两岛之间的填海土地上时，这两个岛屿连为一体。
