盘浦大桥彩虹喷泉安装在盘浦大桥两侧570米长的地方，有380个喷嘴从下面的河流中喷出水，形成美丽的水、音乐和灯光表演。喷泉被编程为在白天和晚上播放不同的节目。白天，喷泉呈现出一百种不同的形态，让人联想到摇曳的柳枝和柳叶。当太阳落山时，200盏灯照亮了喷泉，喷泉随着音乐同步在空中喷射出舞动的彩虹色水柱。
半坡大桥彩虹喷泉从4月到10月每天开放，每天4到6次，每次20分钟。公园还设有室外舞台、生态观察场和野餐区。 |
