무등산은 광역시 광주광역시 화순군과 인근 담양군을 합해 약 30㎡ 규모의 산이다. 이름은 '높은 산' 또는 더 신비롭게도 분류할 수 없는 산'을 의미합니다.
무등산은 그리 가파르지 않아 주말이나 공휴일이면 등산을 하러 오는 사람들이 많다. 가는 길의 하이라이트로는 서석대, 입석대, 세인봉과 규봉바위, 원효계곡과 용추계곡, 지공너덜(바위군), 덕산너덜 등이 있습니다. 멋진 경치를 감상하려면 중머리재, 장불재, 동화사지, 장원봉에 올라보세요. 화순 쪽에서 오시는 분들은 입석대와 규봉바위, 진공너덜, 장불, 백마능선, 규봉암에서 그림같은 동복호를 감상하실 수 있습니다. |
