은하사(은하사)는 경상남도 김해시 신어산에 위치해 있다. 창건연도는 알 수 없으나, 불교가 전국적으로 퍼지기 전인 서기 1년에 장유화상 스님이 창건했다는 전설이 있다. 그러나 사찰터에서 발견된 유물을 보면 삼국시대에 사찰이 창건되었을 가능성이 있음을 알 수 있다. 임진왜란 때 동림사와 함께 소실된 적이 있으며, 현재 보이는 건축 양식은 조선 후기의 양식이다.
