포천계곡은 맑은 물과 울창한 숲이 어우러진 가야산의 대표적인 계곡이다. 이 계곡은 옛날에는 지역 학자들의 학습장이었습니다. 조선 후기의 문상이자 대학자인 은과 이원조는 말년을 작은 폭포 옆 수증기 상류를 따라 위치한 망귀정에서 보냈다. 아름다운 계곡 풍경이 7km 이상 펼쳐져 있습니다.
