부산광역시 동구 초량동 산복로길에 위치한 전망대이다. 유치환 시인의 작품과 문학 작품을 기념하기 위해 우체통을 설치했습니다. 전망대는 2층으로 나누어져 있습니다. 1층은 테라스식 야외 공연장으로 구성되어 있고, 2층은 바닥에서 천장까지 이어지는 창문이 있는 미술 전시 공간으로 구성되어 있습니다.
