長水館は朝鮮戦争中、雪岳山の戦いの大勝利を記念して1959年10月1日に竣工した。大成滝、オクニョタン泉、ガマタン泉、ハンゲ山城、ハヌルビョク城などの近隣の観光スポットを訪れるために公園をハイキングする訪問者の休憩場所として機能します。この亭は韓国の伝統的な様式で建てられており、構造、規模ともに優れた庵であると考えられています。周囲の山々の崖や松林などの自然が建物を一層際立たせています。
