李基豊の別荘は、花津浦湖畔の李承晩と金日成の別荘の間に位置する。このヴィラはもともと 1920 年代に外国人宣教師によって建てられました。朝鮮戦争勃発前は北方共産党幹部の別荘として使われ、停戦合意後は李大統領の副大統領だった李氏とマリア・パク夫人によって私邸となった。
