カメリアヒルは、済州道上倉里の172,000平方メートルの敷地に作られたツバキ樹木園です。この樹木園には、世界最大かつ最も早く開花することで知られる種を含む、500 種の椿の木 6,000 本が植えられています。樹木園にはツバキのほか、ヤシの木、野草などの植物が生い茂り、広大な芝生広場や生態池も備えています。付帯施設には、椿をテーマにした工芸品を展示するギャラリーや多目的セミナールームなどがあります。かやぶき屋根のコテージや木造小屋から鉄骨造の住宅、コンドミニアムタイプのリゾートまで、さまざまな宿泊施設が揃っています。
