武烈王陵は、新羅第 29 代君主である武烈王 (在位 654 ～ 661 年) として即位した金春秋の陵です。陵は慶州市仙島山の南西麓に位置する。彼は王として、中国の唐と同盟を結んで三国を統一しようとしましたが、目的を達成する前に亡くなりました。彼の墓は比較的大きく、高さ 8.7 メートル、周囲 114 メートルに達します。もともと大きな石で作られたこの墓は、時間の経過とともに土と草で覆われています。 墓の東側には、この墓の所有者を示す「太宗武烈大王吉碑」と刻まれた石碑が残されている。
