釜山市東区草梁洞の山福路沿いにある展望台です。有名な詩人ユ・チファンの作品と文学を記念してポストが設置されました。天文台は2つのレベルに分かれています。 1 階はテラス付きの屋外パフォーマンス ステージで構成され、2 階は床から天井までの窓で設計されたアート展示エリアです。
